„NO-MIND TRAINING WORKSHOPS“

We are pleased to inform you about the training workshops “No-Mind” which will be organized once a month at the MBS Center. Everyone from beginners to advanced trainers can join the training.

Research shows that understanding our body and its sensations increases our health levels, while understanding our mental patterns greatly contributes to greater satisfaction in life.

The trainings will be led by M.Sc. Martina Mavrin Jeličić, university professor, kinesiology, therapist, yoga teacher who has 25 years of experience in running individual and group rehabilitation, health fitness and fitness programs.

When?

The “No-Mind” training workshop will be held on Fridays, once a month from 6.30pm to 4.45pm (75 minutes).
Dates in 2019: 13. 9., 18. 10., 15. 11., 13. 12.

What is No-Mind training?

The best from professional and personal experience will be explained by Dr. Danijela Bejuk, a student of the first such training in Croatia
“A program of exercises with as little impact as possible is thoughtfully designed, first of all, to give your body the opportunity to relax properly, and at the same time, through targeted dynamic exercises, strengthen all your muscles that are tired or unjustly neglected.
What we strive for is a good feeling throughout the body, and these movements are carefully selected in the exercise cycles during No-Mind training and provide.
For starters, your goal is to let go of your thoughts. This is not easy, but by exercising you enter a state of relaxation in which they no longer master you. You become aware of the moment in which you give your body a well-deserved opportunity to relax, to breathe, to stretch and strengthen.
My desire was to strengthen the muscles, which allow me to move properly, hold well, which will increase my endurance, both when it comes to physical and invisible efforts. I think I got everything I expected and more. I became more aware of movement, proper breathing, I was given the opportunity to restore energy through exercise. Oddly, you get tired and a little moody, and after an hour of well-coordinated training, you’re satisfied and different.
To summarize, the changes around me have been noticed by the people around me. It was worth the effort.

No-Mind training contains:

  • Somatic relaxation techniques (based on neuroscience) for the natural deactivation of prolonged physical activity.
  • Dynamic breathing of vitalizing and energizing effects on body and mind.
  • Dynamic exercise for whole-body muscle activation.
  • Physical exercises for muscle formation with full awareness and presence.
  • Meditation or the more acceptable name for us is Mindfulness
